Comfortable double room with a private bathroom, made for a pleasant stay. The decor was modern and inviting, setting a nice atmosphere.

The elevator to the second floor is cramped, especially if packing a lot of gear. The air conditioning proved to be a hassle, unable to go lower than 23 degrees, which was frustrating during the warm evening.

Gallery Suites left a mixed impression. Modern decor made our Twin Room with Private Bathroom quite inviting. The room felt secure and was clean. Except for a challenging entrance, getting to the suite was straightforward after a timely call for help. Breakfast included a nice continental selection. The manager was accommodating and really helpful. However, air conditioning wasn’t available during our visit, which made our arrival uncomfortable after a long journey. We could have used a cool-down moment right away. The check-in process could enhance communication. more immediate help when we initially struggled would have been great. A little attention to detail on maintenance, especially the tap handle in the shower, would make a big difference.

i stayed at gallery suite for a wedding ceremony and it was fantastic! the hosts were incredibly helpful, setting up transportation and even arranging a birthday dinner. the room was beautiful and breakfast was lovely, truly exceeding my expectations.
